Now we're talking. Spring is in full swing and brewing in the sunshine is on our mind. Hopefully the April showers subsided enough for us to brew some Belgian style beers. This month we're focused on Belgian and French Ales. It's a great time of year to introduce others to home brewing. After all May 5th is National Homebrew Day.
