One of the best club brewdays yet. Thanks to Brian for organizing the brew session and watching the boil pot. Will ordered 20 lbs. of crawfish and it did a stellar job with the food. I've never been to a crawfish boil and must say.....it was awesome. Will's "Abita amber" went very well with the seafood. The heat from the spices had my forehead sweating, tears were running down my face, my hands were a mess and yes.....a little snot was trying to drip out of my nose! It just does not get much better than this.
