Has anyone tried Fantome's Saison? I saw this recipe in a book at Doug's and thought about making it. It is an "Extreme" beer as Doug calls it and I love making these beers. Its got about 20 different ingredients! Will calls them "those fucked up beers!"

O,yes, those beers are wonderful, just wonderful. To me a saison is not extreme its those cherry ,granola, kitchen sink saisons that arnt for me.
