Glen I tried to add a pic for my profile but it said it was not an image. Any help would be great thanks.
Did you ever get this figured out? If the image is a large one it will call mercy. Reduce the image size and you should be able to upload. Assuming you're uploading a .jpg or .png file.

The only thing I can figure is that your pic is an image that the system doesn't recognize. Use a .jpg or .png file and you should be fine.
