I'm on the fence about a Blonde or APA. I vote blonde only because of hops availability. If it goes that way I'll be just as HAPPY!
I suggest a Wit or Saison since that will be the style of the month at the following month's meeting.
The Wit would probably be better since it will be young compared to a Saison. Saisons can take a while to ferment also.
Jeff I was going to vote other thinking of a Saison, but other sounded like another way of not picking a style. I would rather brew a Saison than a Wit.
