
I bottled my amber ale about 3 days ago, same procedure as usual: sanitize everything in sight, rack, prime, bottle, cap, put away. I pulled a couple of bottles to see how it is progressing, and the yeast seems to be sticking to the sides of the bottles instead of dropping to the bottom. it's a new one on me, the only thing different about this brew is that I forgot the irish moss,but the brew was crystal clear when I put it into bottles. Any thoughts?
what yeast did you use? lots
what yeast did you use? lots of yeast act different dont worry about it it will drop out give it time.
