yes I have made one and it works good. search the web for pelter modules and a company sells you a kit for 30 bucks but you need a dc power supply. I used a computer power supply being that it had lots of dc outputs. order two kits because one is not enough for our climate. If you look at more beers cooled conicals thats what they use
