How to Enter

1. Entry fee is $7.00 per entry payable by money order, cash, or check only. No credit cards accepted. Make checks payable to The BrewMasters of Alpharetta.
2. Each entry must consist of two (2) unlabelled 12 oz glass bottles with bottle forms attached to each bottle using a rubber band. Please do not tape the form to the bottle.
3. Download and fill out the entry form (Microsoft Excel required) on this website.
4. Bottles must not have raised letters or any kind of identifying markings. All non-standard bottles including plastic and swing-top bottles will be disqualified. Bottles with glued-on or taped-on labels will be disqualified. Non-payment will obviously be disqualified. Printed caps are acceptable but any printing must be blacked out.
5. Entry fees for disqualified entries will not be returned -- please follow the instructions carefully.

Entries that are shipped in should be sent to the address below. Please DO NOT ship any entries to the Country Inn & Suites. The only site accepting shipped bottle entries is:

PLEASE NOTE: There is no guarantee that entries arriving after the Wednesday May 7th, 2008deadline will be included in the judging. Pack your shipping entries well.
