Tasted the pale ale again tonight and it is improving over my last comment. It's finally developing some character. Carbonation has come in good too.

I tasted the beer last night

I tasted the beer last night and though still young is pretty good. Mine seems pretty dried out but I pitched 1056 in only 3 gallons of wort. I think it will definately benefit from dry hopping though. I'm going to throw some Cascade in the keg tonight.

Finally got it done.

Finally got it done. Moved Teddy to secondary. In the 5 gallon batch, I dry hopped with an ounce of Cascase (yummm). In the 2 gallon container I used a half an ounce of Sorachi Ace.
