Angel's Salsa Recipe

Glenn, this is a long time coming. My apologies for the delay.
*1 - 24 oz can of whole tomatos (May be 28.... It is the fat can)
*1 - 14 oz can of del monte diced tomatos with mild green chilis
*2 tablespoons of minced garlic (Comes in a jar in the produce section)
*1 teaspoon of salt
*1/4 teaspoon of cumin
*1 Small Sweet Onion or 1/2 large finely chopped
*12 cilantro leaves finely chopped (Okay to chop up stems as well)
*1.5 tablespoons of sugar
*4 jalepeno peppers (Roast in the oven on 350 for 20 minutes. Then de-seed the peppers and remove stems. Next finely chop the peppers)

Combine the above in a blender and briefly (as in 3 short 1 second burst) mix. We just do the short blending to keep the salsa from getting too liquid.
