In line for a brew day

I was talking to Wil today. He thinks my house would be good to host a brew day. So fine... I have now aquired permission. And if we wait long enough the pool will be open too. (the water is still a bit COLD now). It's usually warm enough by Mother's Day (may something'th) but I can warm it up faster if I make an effort.

I have lots of chairs, but tables are harder to come by. We can work something out. Give me some ideas when.

Brew Day/ Pool Temps

I'm not a member yet, but if I'm welcome I'd love to attend the next brew day.

You should try a pool blanket. Our water was 68° 10 days ago, it was 80° yesterday. The kids actually swam on Sunday. It typically buys us an additional 2 weeks at the beginning of the season and 3-4 weeks at the end.

Whoa settle down Bevis!!!

You are the only other cheap brewer besides me in the club. I only wish I could get the pumps and nice brew kettles some of our guys have... Who cares though when you can brew great beer cheap. I love ya dawg!

My buddy sells pool stuff and can get me a thermal blankie and reel for $310. Hope that comes with delivery since it wont be fitting in my trunk. ;) The purchase has gone to the finance comittee. (After all it's her damn pool). :)
