
I have a mead thats been in for about 4 months. Want to bottle it soon. How do you guys finnish meads? Like wine, killing the yeast and cork it or like a beer priming it, then bottle and cap? The mead competition in Arizona has categories for both methods.
well yours is still young
well yours is still young but enter as a sparklying mead. with it being young you can give it some primeing sugar and it should carbonate. but im no (grandmas cough syrup) i mean mead expert.

Hell, I just racked into a
Hell, I just racked into a bottling bucket and bottled. No priming. I did move to a secondary vessel after fermentation had stopped. It sat in that for at least 10 months.
