I brewed my IPA tonight for

I brewed my IPA tonight for the upcoming August meeting.

Loose Goose IPA
5.5 gallon batch
OG = 1.060
SRM - 7
IBU- 85

70% Marris Otter
25% Munich
2% Caramunich I
2% Caravienne

67 IBU Magnum at 60 minutes
1.5 oz Centenial at 15 minutes
1.5 oz Centenial at 5 minutes
1 tbs gypsum in boil kettle
Pitched dregs of Denny's Favorite 50 from 2.5 gallon amber ale. Pitched at 70 degrees and will let it stay at that temp.
will dry hop with 2 oz. of Palisade (this is the signature hop in Heavy Seas' Loose Cannon)

i say the mood of the ipa

i say the mood of the ipa will be damaged with say english esbs oR even a stinky wheat and i might add GERMAN IPA may get SOM ass kicked by the born in the usa ipa. no really just kidding who cares what people bring just bring something.
