Top craft beers continue to pour into the Georgia market. Beer fans should keep their eyes peeled for Weyerbacher's Double Simcoe IPA, Old Heathen Imperial Stout, Slam Dunkel, Hops Infusion, Blithering Idiot Barleywine, Quad, Oak Aged Insanity, Blasphemy and Heresy, Muse, Merry Monk's Ale, 13th Anniversary, Blanche, and Imperial Pumpkin. Another notable set of beers hails from Brewdog in Fraserburgh, Scotland - Punk IPA, Rip Tide Stout, Hardcore IPA and the very limited Paradox whisky cask aged imperial stout are on Georgia's shelves now - buy 'em if you can find 'em. Renowned Montreal brewery Dieu du Ciel's beers (Route des Epices Spice ale, Peche Mortel Imperial Coffee Stout, Derniere Volante Abbey-style Blonde, Corne du Diable IPA and Rosee d' Hibiscus Blanche) are available now at Georgia's best beer pubs and retail stores. Lagunitas' Lucky 13 Anniversary Imperial Red, IPA, Sirius High Gravity Cream Ale, and Farmhouse Saison are also up for grabs in bottles and on draft.

We should have Stone here. Rocky Top hillbillys drink shine, not beer. I'm going out on limb here, but I forsee no one barefoot in overalls drinking Stone IPA.
Weyerbacher's Double simcoe
Weyerbacher's Double simcoe IPA is terrible. I saw this beer and thought that God had smiled upon me. I was so excited, then I drank it. It is so malty it is almost thick. You english guys may like it but I thought it sucked. I brought this one to one of the meetings, you may remember how "foul" it was, Glenn.

Now damn it.... Now I know where all the simcoe hops are going....Well, there and just about any other good IPA brewery. By the way... If you go to Doug's shop, stay away from the $1.88 Simcoe hops. He told me they are no good for anything outside of a 90 minute bittering hop.
