Hey folks,

We’ve been asked to exhibit at this annual event again. The organizer said that our display was the most impressive of all the groups that participated. She said this was further validated by comments from some directors at The Garden and event goers.

They have asked us to exhibit more than once this year. I told her that we would do:

October 2 from 5-10
October 23 from 5-10

I told her that 5 pm could be difficult for some but that we would do our best. I also pushed them to allow us to hand out 1oz samples. She committed to push for us to sample beers.

We need 3-4 guys for each evening. Let me know if you would be interested in helping out. I need to know which night you would want to participate.
