Have already picked and dried a little over an ounce of cascade. From what I see there are maybe 2 or 3 more oz. worth of dried hops on the vines(bines).
Was going to brew a fresh hop batch this weekend and want opinions on a recipe. Maybe something to showcase.

I'd do something simple with the grist so you don't overpower the fresh hops.
95% Marris Otter
5% caramunich I
1.050 OG
bitter with a clean high alpha like magnum for 40 IBUs
use all your homegrown hops for flavor and aroma
15 minute addition with your dried hops
1 minute addition with your wet hops
I'm in the same boat as you. I have similar qty's of cascade. I think this is what I'm going to make.
