All grain brewing

I would like to start buying the equipment i will need for all grain brewing. It looks like most people use the 10-gallon Rubbermaid cooler but after that there are a lot of variations on the theme. I tend to try and buy the right stuff the first time and not continually reburying stuff that I want to upgrade.

Right now I have a big turkey fryer burner, a 9-gallon stainless steel brew pot and all the paraphernalia needed to make beer from an extract.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Steve

SP I am in the market for a chest freezer. If you know of a good deal on one please let me know.

Chest freezers

Check freecycle for a freezer, as there seems to be one or two a month on there. I've seen several of the ones people get for free or cheap, and I have yet to see someone get one that didn't work.

beware of used chest

beware of used chest freezers. make sure you can plug it in and let it get cold. or make seller have it cold when you get there, and make sure its not r12. i find for a little more money you can buy a new or scratch and dent for a little more and get a warranty.ask jeff about his great deal he got.
