Okay, I've completely screwed the pooch on this one. I should never have volunteered to organize the bus. What a pain in the arse.
So, I'm still willing to get some form of transport for anyone that wants to meet up. It seems Hampton is a good location for it. I have access to a parking lot and it is somewhat in the middle for everybody. The problem is that everyone will still have to drive home from there so I don't really know if it is a great benefit. Also, we have to get the booth equipment up there somehow.
Let me know if anyone is still interested and I will figure it out. At this point I have no idea who wants to ride the bus.

I know that the 18th is going to be a busy day for both Annie and me. My plan is to get dropped off at MARTA in college park early that morning and just ride straight to Decatur. I figured that on this side of town it makes a lot more since to ride transit. If anyone on the 85 south side of town would want a ride we can pickup 2 more people. Sorry, that’s all the car will fit. We would probably grab some breakfast on the way to MARTA also but that’s still up in the air. As far as getting back, I’m not so sure if I will be staying for dinner afterwards. My wife and I have a Halloween party to go to that night and trust me when I say my liver is going to be working overtime that day. I guess dinner depends on what time we all leave the festival. I’m not quite sure how we’re working out the ticket situation. Do I need to bring cash to reimburse someone?

I'm fairly sure we have 14 total. Greg and Jeff both bought 4, and then we got 6 passes for free because we're displaying..
It appears that Jeff is indeed going to pick up most of the FC folks, me, Greg, Erik, Mitch and he's planning to drive. We have to take all the brewery stuff so there appears to be no way around it.
Unless someone else is going to take all the display stuff.

Jeff has been telling me that all the FC folks were going to ride together. that would be Me, Greg, Jeff, Mitch, and Erik as far as I know....The standard group that goes together when we go to meetings on you all's side of town. he said that Jenny had volunteered to drive at least one way, pick everyone up at their houses, and get us to a MARTA station to go. Last I understood he hadn't got a wife or driver for one half of the driving. I have been asking my wife, and she has said NO each time. I had assumed he was talking to the rest of you guys too....it has not been written in stone. If I can get picked up at my house, I'm going to go with that of course, otherwise, I'll for sure go over to your side of town, and ride from there. I don't have a clue if Jeff ever got any of this worked out. If I've messed it up, I'll still help you guys pay for your driver....even if I don't go with you.

Ok, looking at emails and the forums I think we need to solidify where to meet and who's got a seat. List I'm aware of is:
Will, Lamar, Brian & Karen, Glenn, Fred, Jonny, Greg, Kirk (anyone bringing spouses/girlfriends, etc.?)
Michael, I cant find confirmation in email/the forums for you and Angel. Please let us know ASAP. Any additional riders need also let us know ASAP. Remember the more we have the easier it is to pay for the driver and the fuel (which is the only cost for the van).
I'd propose either my house (Hampton) and/or Brian and Karen's and/or 15th Street Pizza
Jonny, since yo offered maybe you, Fred and Greg (and who ever else may be interested) can ride together from the west side. (We'd also love chance to visit with your "better half" over dinner if she is you DD.
We need had confirmation on the, the pay for the driver (I suggest we plan on him getting at least $80 for the day, plus paid breakfast and dinner).

The first thing we need to do is determine who is going as there are only so many available tickets. Jeff has been out of town but will be back this afternoon and is going to email everybody to try and get this narrowed down. A few people will be needed to set up the booth initially. These people will get the passes provided from the organizers. The others will not be able to enter until it starts as they will be using regular tickets, so we will probably need to go in two groups, anyway. Lets wait until Jeff gets home, then we can get a better handle on the situation.
