Next Club Brew Day

Just tossing this out there for input.... Should we go ahead and put the next 2 or 3 brew days on the calendar? Also, do we need to get someone to volunteer to get the grain and equipment for each brew day. I would like to volunteer for either one of those tasks (Getting grain or equipment) if needed. It seems like a lot of things for one person to coordinate on their own.

If we are going to

If we are going to participate in the AHA style of the month do you want to make one of the styles or just make whatever and let people make their own SOTM.

Good Question

I guess it depends on whether we decide to keep doing the large club batch, which is fun, or if we all do individual batches. Either way, I like the idea of making brew days in line with the SOTM. I guess we would need to make exceptions on occasion for ciders or whatever. Would be cool to do a 40 gallon batch of a 10% belgian, if we could pull it off.

Location available

If we need space for folks to do individual batches, I'd be happy to host a brew day. We have a large yard, and plenty of parking. Only downfall is that it is Coweta County.

Hopefully one of these days my schedule will line up with some meetings or brew days so I can draw some knowledge from you all. Unfortunately, I will have to miss the Nov. meeting.

we will discuss it this

we will discuss it this month at meeting
