sam smith clone

I haven't tried this yet, but Doug at Just Brew It suggested a Sam Smith oatmeal stout clone, I believe from the Clone Brews book. I'm going to try it in the next week or so, but I think it looks similar to your recipe.

The samuel smith recipe was

The samuel smith recipe was my starting point. I took that recipe and the one from Jamil and made a hybrid. The Sam Smith OG was like 1.050 mine came out to 1.060. It's been in the primary for week and a half.

I tasted a samuel smith yesterday and it was very good. I was expecting a little bit more creamyness tough.
