natural gas stove

Does anyone have any experience with an outdoor natural gas stove? I have read confliciting information on the internet about using natural gas for brewing. I have a bayou classic propane turkey fryer set up and was thinking about converting it to natural gas. I think I can bolt a natural gas burner on my bayou classic stand and plug in my natural gas line from my bbq. My main concern is how to regulate the temperature. I couldn't find a regulator online.
Good idea? Bad idea? Suggestions?

natural gas burner

I was looking at this burner. I have found 2 reviews on it. There is one good one on this website and one generic bad one somewhere else.

Doug at Just Brew It has

Doug at Just Brew It has those low pressure burners. If you want to see one and talk to someone about them. Dougs a whiz at this stuff.

Seriously, I would love to

Seriously, I would love to have natural gas. It, I believe, is less efficient than LP gas, but the difference in convenience is signifigant. Before I moved to Hampton we had natrual gas and we had a nat gas grill. It was wonderful. Now that I'm in Henry and have only an all electric home, I really miss it.

Have any of you seen the jet burner that Sams has right now. It has a single high pressure "orafice". I suspect it's would concentrate the heat too much for home brewing. This is not it... but it's similar.
