While you are looking over your week of beer happenings, don't forget about the launch of our 3rd Taco Mac 30th Anniversary beers. On Friday, every Atlanta store will be selling Red Brick's Solstice Roggenbock. This summertime bock beer has been spiced up with a little rye malt. I have not tried it yet, but the initial reports are that it is very satisfying, without losing the thirst quenching aspect that is appreciated this time of year. Each store has the specs on the percentages of each malt, as well as the hops used, for your perusal. Based on the batch size, I expect to have this beer for a few weeks at every store. I guess that depends on how much Father's Day/Summer Solstice (both are Sunday 6/22) drinking you do. Enjoy!
