Charity event brew day.
We're going to brew a 50+ gallon batch on Sunday, October 11th. We need help from any willing to take a carboy home to ferment and defer the cost of grains. The recipe will be Will's Blond Ale. Will is providing yeast, Kirk is providing hops.
We must have a number of volunteers to ferment. Please post how many carboys you can manage even if you can stay all day to help.
Location: Kirk's house-Hampton
This will be a quick and simple brew day. More hands makes the work easier so all are welcome.

Fermentation, in the carboy's that I have, has slowed. May be ready for secondary Sunday or Monday. I have 1 available carboy to use for this. It will be like a 6 gallon shell game...
Sanitize, transfer, clean; sanitize, transfer, clean; sanitize, transfer, clean; sanitize, transfer, clean; sanitize, transfer, clean... With one bucket left empty at the end.
Oh and I have 3 cases of bottles that need to be picked up from a guy in NW Atlanta who is moving and wants to get rid of them. These, along with the 120 or so I already have, will help out.
