I like the idea of fly sparging, but nothing I have seen or read leads me to believe that it is superior. Add to that the requirement (?) of additional equipment to clean and maintain... Perhaps I dont know enouigh to actually comment? Haahaa!
Anyone want to do a technical clinic/talk about it? January may be the next chance we have for a technical clinic.
