I'm planning to do a big brew on the club system for my brother-in-laws wedding. Will has offered to help and God bless him for it. We're gonna brew his blonde ale.
Some of you may remember Mike (brother-in-law) from the brew day at Greg's house. He's the one getting hitched. You should have seen the smile on his face when I offered to help out with the adult beverages.

I am thinking about going with the recipe but using the German Ale Yeast 1007 or the Kolsh yeast. Of course, this would probably make the blonde more of a kolsh, but I like the yeast character.
