Soo.. Is it just me, or do others in the club get DMS out of almost all of the lighter beers we brew on the club system. I pulled a pint of the Hop City Pale Ale we did and sure enough, it was there too.. Please, let me know.. I could just be OVERLY sensitive to it... - JB

I tasted some and got a STRONG Diacetyl (butter) flavor.
DMS?
I tried mine yesterday straight out of the secondary. Something isn't quite right, but I'm not sure if it's DMS. I dry hopped it with 1/2 oz amarillo and 1/2 oz cascade, let it sit for 2 weeks and it tasted bland. Maybe it's just a little low on IBUs? It's over 7% alcohol though.
What can I do to make it
What can I do to make it drinkable? I was thinking about either dry hopping again or boiling some more hops in a bit of water and adding it for more bitterness. Comments? Suggestions?
