The February club meeting will feature Barleywines. If you have one made, be sure to bring it. If not pick up a good commercial example to share. Most Barleywines are best if aged a minimum of 6 to 8 months and even better if left for 12 months plus. It may be interesting to taste a young Barleywine for comparison if someone wishes to open one up for the betterment of the group.
No word yet of a technical clinic or review. If you would like to compile some information to present to the group for this months meeting please let it be known. Past topics covered are listed on the technical clinics page.
Hope to see you all there. Don't forget to try and bring someone along!
