So what are we brewing? APA, Wheat, Harvest Ale? I'm like Glen APA may be pricey, and to do Will's harvest ale it will take alot of Simcoe wich is very hard to come by right now, especially on the scale of our system. I was wondering how long it would take until we reached a stand still on what we should brew! I an open to anything, maybe not an english though!

I missed this and posted on the other thread.... I thought someone had mentioned an Octoberfest and I said Will's Harvest would be awesome without thinking about the lack of Harvest in April.......... Any how, I would be game for an APA or maybe even a kolsch beer. My only deal is that Pales and IPA's are such the norm for me anymore. That said, I am a team player as long as we are brewing.

An APA sounds excellent to me! Biggest issue may be hops for the recipe. If we go true APA it may require a good bit. I have a pound of Sorachi Ace. I understand it has a bit of a lemony thing going on and pretty interesting. I'd be willing to offer up an amount for the brew at the price I paid. I've been wanting to use it in something soon.

All these idea sound great to me. Since I tend to do the same things over and over again, I will always try something new (just so I can expand my horizons). If we do something deliciously HOPPY, I'm willing to try and work out a way to pay for my share (how ever much that ends up being) with hops for the recipe. I'm sure we can work that out.
