March features English Pale Ales so lets get to brewing our favorite recipes to have ready in time. It's always better when we have home brewed versions to critique and break down. It's pretty easy to find good commercial examples in our area. If you live on the Stockbridge or Henry County side of the world, a great store for good selection is the Stockbridge Bottle Shop.

I have asked them to stock specific beers in the past and they were very willing to do so. I was able to order the Sierra Nevada Harvest Ale from them when it came out late last year. They are very nice!

Any volunteers for a clinic or review for this month? The meetings are best when we all participate.

Be sure to invite a friend to a meeting. Tell them they get to try free beer and hang out with a great group.

Meeting time has been moved

The new meeting time is 4 pm to 7:30 pm.

We will do a cookout of some sort. What do you all suggest for the main meal? After that ...we can figure out what sides to do.

I have still been unable to figure out what to do a tech presentation on. :( If I can get out of it I can start sleeping again.

Tech presentation

Well, I managed to get something ready. It on Sanitizing so don't anybody steal my topic. ;)

Are we going to co-ordinate what were bringing? Also were we still going to bring in the club brew system porters to compare? I've saved a few bottles.

Just save it until April...this will not be like the usual meeting. Save the porters until next time also as I will be working and not able to attend this Saturday due to the earlier time and I would like to be able to compare.
