Sorry for the delay in posting.... Mine finished out real nice. I dry hopped with 1/2 ounce of Willamette which comes out with the slight aroma I prefer in pales. Will, believe it or not, the S-05 yeast did superb with the beer. As far as the hop flavors go, the Sorachi "lemony" flavor is fairly evident on the palet. I get the slight Amarillo flavor but not much compared to other pales with Amaillo. I like it overall.... What was the OG?
