
Ciders and Perrys will be the featured brew for the April meeting. I'm sure it will be quite a different experience for us to try bringing our own examples. There is a great podcast from The Brewing Network specifically on ciders. Here is a direct link to the podcast. It's worth listening to if you have the time. By this month we should have a few new members or prospective members. This doesn't mean we should stop inviting folks. The more the merrier!
As a side note: Try to let Jeff know if you will be at the meetings. It makes it easier for him to prepare with chairs and tasting glasses. Cheers!

I have 10 copies of the tech presentation material, a bag of pretsels, 3 off-the-shelf ciders I bought yesterday for us to try, and 2 bottles of the club porter.

I'm sorry to say I didnt make one... I have the technical clinic ready, but I may decide to crash my car to avoid having to do it. There is a reson I'm not a public speaker.
Also! Are we going to bring in the remnants of the club brew day porter as well? I still have a couple of bottles that I've been saving.

What is the typical time for the meetings? I have picked up a lot of great information just on the website. I look forward to actually participating in the SA Brewers.
Meeting time
The meetings start at 6:30 and go until 9 pm.
The next club brew day is April 12 at Brian and Karen Chambers house.
The next meeting is April 19 at my house.
